About Me

Girls’ high school wrestling is leading the charge as the fastest-growing sport today. Ensuring these young athletes have the tools to master both the mental strategies for sports and life’s challenges at this critical age is paramount. The teenage years are a pivotal time for cultivating confidence, strength, and healthy habits. Providing guidance during this transformative phase is essential for their mental and physical well-being.

Drawing from my own personal struggles, I am uniquely equipped to guide the next generation. I am committed to leading them on a transformative journey towards happiness and holistic health in all aspects of life. Together, we will build resilience, confidence, and the skills needed to succeed both on and off the mat.

I was fortunate to attend the prestigious Blair Academy for high school, where I was the only girl on the boys’ wrestling team. Afterward, I moved to St. Catharines, Ontario, where I earned my BBA with a concentration in Entrepreneurship while wrestling for the Brock University team. Following my undergraduate studies, I decided to continue my education and athletic career by moving to Oregon. There, I wrestled for the Beaver Dam Wrestling RTC while simultaneously earning my MBA with a focus on Marketing. I’ve enjoyed expanding both my athletic and academic opportunities and will continue to emphasize the importance of education.
